دکتر الهام صفاریه متخصص زنان و زایمان، عضو هيات علمي زنان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي سمنان، استاد برتر و پژوهشگر برتر سال ۱۴۰۰ دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان، عضو هییت مدیره بیمارستان سینا سمنان، مدیریت گروه زنان علوم پزشکی سمنان، رییس اسبق دانشکده پزشکی سمنان و… می باشد که در زمینه های مربوط به جراحی زیبایی زنان و درمان انواع سرطان زنان نیز فعالیت می کند.
